ELocker EV Differential

The EV ELocker is an electronic locking differential which allows for maximum driveline flexibility. Users can switch from a fully open to a fully locked axle at the touch of a button, and it can be integrated into the vehicle (auto-locking).

Adapted to the unique needs of EV vehicles, with their high torque loads and duty cycles, compact design requirements, and ultra-low viscosity fluids found in electric drive applications, the ELocker is the perfect solution for electrified trucks, SUVs and other off-road capable vehicles.

Operation

Every ELocker features net-forged gears for the strength and durability needed for off-road and recreational driving, while its electronic controls provide selectable operation and added reliability over similar air-controlled products. When activated, the ELocker sends all available torque equally to left and right wheels, providing maximum traction to overcome challenging terrain.
