Specifications

Eaton Services offer complete installation and/or supervision of our MV and LV switchgear at site to guarantee that is done on the correct way. 

 Installation:

  • Preparation of the site with all environmental condition, entrances and foundation of the Power Room 

  • Pre-install and couple mechanically the panels

  • Internal transportation on the facility 

  • Mounting of the panels on the foundation  

  • Coupling of Main busbars 

  • Installation of accessories such as top box, voltage transformers.

  • Earthing connection 

  • Interconnection of writing among panels 

  • Visual inspection of the switchboard, check on damages internal/external

Commissioning: 

  • Relays configuration and testing 

  • Functional checks – Capacitive voltage indication, position indicators, interconnection wiring, communication cables 

  • Operation of each withdrawable switching devices such as MV/LV breakers 

  • Test operations of earthing 

  • Functional test of protection relays 

  • Measurement of conductivity and resistance 

  • Site Acceptance Test
