Katrina R. Redmond

Katrina R. Redmond is executive vice president and chief information officer for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.

In this role, Katrina is responsible for the enterprise information technology strategy and execution. She joined Eaton in 2021.

Prior to Eaton, Katrina worked for GE in various business units and in varying positions over an 18+ year career. These positions included COO, CIO, Quality Leader, Sourcing and Inventory Leader as well as various positions in Lean Six Sigma. Katrina led several of their largest M&A activities for GE Plastics divesture valued at over $11B and the acquisition of Alstom valued at over $11B. Additionally, Katrina held CIO positions at ABB post a GE divestiture. From there, she became the Hubbell Vice President and CIO. Throughout her career, she has led with process at the core and has been able to lead and guide digital  transformations as well as providing operating excellence to improve overall execution and experience both internal and external. Lean is a core competency that informs everything that she does.

Katrina received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology from the University of Georgia. She later received a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from the Southern Polytechnic State University.
