Supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct outlines Eaton’s expectations regarding workplace standards and business practices. We require our suppliers to adhere to this Code.  Please make your employees aware of our Supplier Code of Conduct.  The Supplier Code of Conduct and the on-line affirmation form have been translated into multiple languages and these may be downloaded from this website to share with your organization as appropriate. Please only use the English version or one of the official translations provided, as other translations not provided by Eaton may not be accurate. 

Please take action: Please click on the survey link below to access the on-line form to affirm your organization’s commitment to Eaton’s Code of Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct. This must be completed by an authorized representative of your company. Please see our Supplier Letter below for more information.

Any non-compliance or violations of Eaton’s Supplier Code of Conduct should be reported to Eaton’s Ethics & Compliance Helpline. 

All new suppliers are required to affirm to the latest Eaton Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers that are currently affirmed to the prior version of the Supplier Code of Conduct will affirm to this version upon contract renewal or acceptance of a new PO.
