Eaton's Inclusion Resource Groups (iERGs) serve as a bridge to connect employees and create supportive communities where everyone is welcomed and can grow. They help us to build awareness of workforce needs, amplify talent strategies, and share ideas to improve inclusion. iERGs provide open forums for exchanging ideas and act as a catalyst for learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
