LS Titan Position switches

The LS Titan position switches of the Eaton Moeller series can be used to safely, accurately and reliably detect positions. They enable smooth and safe operation and can be optimally adapted to any application. Available with one NC and one NO contact, or with two NC contacts. In addition, all operating heads of the LS Titan series can be rotated by 4 x 90 degrees and their installation is quick and safe.

The adjustable operating point enables the precise detection of individual positions. The two high-speed and bounce-free PNP switching outputs support high switching frequencies. This guarantees precise and reproducible predefined operating points.

LS Titan mechanical position switches

The LS Titan devices offer maintenance-free and vibration-proof connections with Cage Clamp terminals or screw terminals. If used in combination with the pilot devices from Eaton's RMQ-Titan range, the result is a control device with predefined snap-action switching that also opens up new application possibilities. Two types of enclosures are available: a rugged metal version (LSM) and an insulated plastic version (LS).

LS-Titan mechanical position switches - Cold Climate line CC

The Cold Climate (CC) line is suitable for a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. They are available in insulated plastic versions as basic units, complete units or operating heads only. The silicone seal fitted in all CC units increases the resistance to ozone, detergents and disinfectants.

RS Titan safety position switches

The RS Titan safety position switches and non-contact safety switches from Eaton’s Moeller series stand out for their robust design and for the safety they provide. The multiple coded actuators make the devices especially tamper-proof. Compliance with various standards makes the devices ideal for integration into machine development processes in line with international requirements.

LS-Titan safety position switches

The LS-...-ZBZ safety position switches can be used in a wide range of safety-related applications. Two different mechanical securing options are available: magnetic-force interlocking (open-circuit principle) and spring-force interlocking (closed-circuit principle).

RS Titan non-contact safety switches

Specifically developed for monitoring protective covers such as doors, flaps and covers. The potential-free contacts are controlled by multiple magnets in the actuator, which makes the devices especially tamper-proof.

The safety switches are easy to install and can also handle doors or flaps that don’t close properly. Thanks to their high degree of protection, the flat and rugged safety switches are also easy to clean.
