Eaton’s TechBench is an electronic workstation for technology-intensive enviroments workbench systems. Combined with TechOrganizer, a fully-welded frame system, the TechBench workstation system organizes technology, tools and test equipment for engineering, manufacturing, test and assembly environments.

New to the TechBench offering: Eaton’s TechBench STS (sit-to-stand) workbenches. This allows a TechBench to transform into an electronic height-adjustable workstation with the push of a button. With the end user in mind, Eaton’s workbench systems are modular and scalable and provide highly customizable configurations, which enable an ergonomic workspace and improve the productivity of the technician using the work center.

Reconfigurable to meet future requirements

When it comes to flexibility, the TechBench workstation system allows for changing work environment needs. The standard system components allow for adjustments in one inch increments to place equipment where required for maximum productivity. It also features two structural parts to reconfigure, and over 500 accessory options for endless environment adaptations.

Don't let corners and vertical spaces be wasted in your workstation. TechBench systems offer modular overhead compartments, bin panel boards, magnetic strips, and integrated corner options to optimize every inch of a workstation.

The safety first workstation

Eaton's TechBench workstation system is the first fully UL 962 & CSA 22.2#68 certified sitto-stand workbench on the market, making it one of the safest sit-to-stand workbenches available. The TechBench STS workstation has a 1,000 lbs weight capacity and uses four leg motors, all featuring LINAK PIEZO™ anti-collision technology, to put durability and user safety first.

Never run out of power

Installing an Eaton rackmount power distribution unit (PDUs) in a TechBench workstation guarantees a plug for every one of your important devices. PDUs can be installed in a TechBench either above or below the work surface.

Mounted on top of a TechBench countertop, an Eaton TechOrganizer is a fully-welded frame system that offers more ways to configure your workstation to fullfil the needs of your job.

Modular overhead storage options include closing storage compartments, inclined and flat shelving, and height-adjustable lower shelving.

Vertical storage options, such as bin boards, peg boards, magnetic tool storage strips, and whiteboards, help keep countertops clear of clutter.

TechOrganizer offers integrated corner options to maximize every inch of space in your workstation.

Cable management

Cable clutter is not only an organization issue. Securing loose cables prevents safety hazards and reduces the risk the important equippment getting accidentally disconnected. The TechBench workstation offers many cable management components to efficiently route and organize cables and wiring.
