How to spot genuine Eaton circuit breakers
Don’t give counterfeit electrical products a pass
Counterfeit and knockoff electrical products are an industry-wide issue that puts unsafe devices into homes and buildings. This challenge is preventable and you can help by identifying potential counterfeit devices.
All labels should be clearly printed, scannable and adhered properly. If you suspect the product label was tampered with, the product may be a counterfeit or knockoff device.

3. Prominent branding with Eaton logo easily identified
If you suspect that you have encountered a counterfeit or knockoff technology, report it at report_fakes@eaton.com. If the counterfeit is a retail return, alert your Merchant or your Eaton Retail Account Manager. Learn more at Eaton.com/counterfeit
